One in five workers would reject company with poor sustainability commitments

A new survey highlights just how important a company's sustainability strategy is when it comes to attracting and retaining talent. 

22% of those surveyed would only work for companies that could demonstrate that sustainability is embedded across all operations and 19% would never apply to a company that didn't prioritise sustainability.
